[Rework] Magina

    This would fit the name "Anti-Mage" for this hero.

    Q - Mana Void

    Deals additional 4%/8%/12%/16% of the enemy's missing mana per attack as physical damage. Does not work illusions.

    W - Blink

    Short distance teleportation that allows Anti-Mage to move in and out of combat. Enemies that passed between the blink casting point will temporarily lose 20%/30%/40%/50% of their remaining mana for 2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds.

    CD,Range,Manacost etc no changes

    E - Arcane Disturbance

    Enemies that cast their abilities in 600 AOE around the Anti-Mage loses 10%/20%/30%/40% additional mana base on the ability's mana cost. Additionaly, Anti-Mage blocks/absorbs 7%/14%/21%/28% of the magic damage. Can store a maximum of 250/500/750 magic damage.

    Note: Will still block magic damage even if it reaches the max damage.

    R - Arcane Release

    Releases all the stored magic damage in 600 AOE dealing the same damage and doubles the Mana Void damage for 10 seconds.

    Manacost: 150
    Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds

    Talents
    +9% Mana Void damage or +12% Arcane Disturbance block/absorption
    +300 Blink Cast Range or +3 seconds Blink temporary mana removal
    +15 Agility or 2 seconds Blink Cooldown
    +20 Attack Speed or +175 Health

    So, basically blink behind any enemy and kill him in 5 hits with 0 dps items while he cant do shit and is stuck at 0 mana for 4 seconds? Thumb's up, very balanced!

    Hmm, not all really say heroes with low mana pool will counter this skill set and I balanced it.

    It's better now. AM will no longer be a hard carry, but rather an actual caster disruptor.

    But why? Current AM is enjoyable to play, viable and has his clear niche in the game already. Don't change what ain't broke boys.

    Also it really irks me that his ultimate is just a subskill of his arcane disturbance. It's really just doing what I expected arcane disturbance to do when I read 'absorbed'.
